Efficace et sérieuse, Nathalie Segalen a mis à notre service toutes ses compétences professionnelles pour la vente de notre maison de famille. Son estimation était juste et la maison s'est vendue au prix demandé dès la 1ère visite. Elle a su faire preuve d'empathie pour cette vente chargée d'émotion. Sa disponibilité, son écoute, ses conseils nous ont permis, à moi et mes frères et soeur, et surtout à ma maman de 94 ans, de conclure cette vente dans les meilleures conditions. Une personne profondémment humaine

Nathalie m'a accompagné comme acheteur d'abord puis comme vendeur ensuite suite à un souci personnel. N'étant pas sur place elle a TOUT géré pour moi, se faisant disponible à chaque fois, faisant le lien avec les intervenants. Un suivi sans faille, une transparence dans les échanges et de l'écoute et de la bienveillance. C'est une expérience qui fut difficile pour moi, mais supportable en grande partie parce que j'ai pus compter sur elle tout le long de la vente. Un grand merci, je la recommande chaleureusement.

Je n’avais, auparavant, jamais rencontré un agent immobilier qui exerce sa profession avec une conscience aiguë du service rendu. Nathalie est la première, agent immobilier est un métier, qui n’est peu être pas si accessible que cela pourrai en avoir l’air. Il me semble que c’est de l’ordre de la vocation, dans son cas précis.
