Très bon suivit, et n'a rien lâcher

La résidence a eu des soucis, maintenant résolus mais qui a compliqué les débuts de la mise en vente et qui a inquiété plusieurs personnes intéressées par mon bien, mais M. Sgheair a su les rassurer, leur donner les bonnes informations. Il s'est investi pour que la vente aboutisse, même après le désistement d'un premier acquéreur, il a relancé les visites dès le lendemain. Bref d'excellents conseils, une bonne écoute et disponible quand on besoin d'informations ou de conseils.

Excellente prestation

M. Sghaier est un réel partenaire de confiance s'agissant de la vente ou d'un achat immobilier. Notre première interaction concernait l'achat d'un bien. Noureddine Sghaier s'est montré parfaitement transparent et proactif concernant toutes les questions que j'avais en tant qu'acheteur. Plusieurs visites ont ensuite été organisées et la relation entre acheteur et vendeur a été parfaitement gérée. Cette experience était tellement rassurante que j'ai décidé de faire à nouveau appel à M. Sghaier pour la vente de mon appartement. Et il m'a donné raison, en réussissant à vendre l'appartement extrêmement rapidement. En supplément, il est une personne très agréable à côtoyer. Je le recommande les yeux fermés.
