Nous avions mis notre bien en vente dans deux agences locales et nous avions aussi fait parallèlement confiance à Monsieur Vigneau. Résultat Il n'y a pas photo : outre le fait que Monsieur Vigneau ait vendu notre bien dans un marché post covid atone c'est bien lui qui : - A apporté le meilleur conseil - A toujours été à l'écoute - Est celui qui a la meilleure connaissance du marché local. - A bien prix soin de valider la solidité financière du dossier de nos acquéreurs (contrairement aux agences qui ont apporté ... 2 refus de prêts ... en nous faisant perdre un temps précieux) - A toujours été réactif et disponible lors de l'intégralité du cycle de vente Bref, nous recommandons chaudement Monsieur Vigneau autrement plus efficace que les agences immobilières locales.
