"Très professionnel"
"Bonjour, Je voulais acquérir cet immeuble à Rombas. Il aura fallu la pugnacité de mon conseiller IAD France Philippe PIOU pour acquérir cet immeuble. Celui-ci était vendu par une conseillère IAD France Madame Céline GATTO. J’avais fait une offre au juste prix. Mon Conseiller Philippe PIOU avait été très réactif. Il a présenté mon Offre de prix un document IAD les démarches à la collègue IAD Céline GATTO. Deux jours plus tard je confirmais ma démarche par un document signé par le Directeur de ma Banque, communiqué à la Conseillère des vendeurs. Céline GATTO avait favoriser son client, qui avait fait une offre verbale 10 000 € en dessous de mon offre. Cependant, la responsable de CAFPI Thionville n’a pu obtenir le prêt de financement de ses clients. Quelques semaines plus tard, je reçois un appel de mon Conseiller Philippe Piou me demandant si j’étais toujours intéressé par l’acquisition de cet immeuble. Et m’annonce « maintenant vous pouvez acquérir cet Immeuble 10 000 € en dessous de la première offre que vous avez faite. Je vous propose de faire la même offre que le client de Céline GATTO ». Il a fait le nécessaire. J’ai signé une nouvelle proposition d’achat 10000€ en dessous. Aujourd’hui, je suis propriétaire de cet immeuble. Philippe lors de notre premier entretien, m’avait vendu le concept IAD, dont le « partage »inscrit dans leur déontologie. Lors, de ma première offre j’étais plutôt serein. Puis, hélas pour enfin aboutir. Il est dommage que pour une histoire de partage de commission nous ayons perdu autant de temps. Dommage pour les anciens propriétaires qui ont perdu 10 000 € sur la vente de leur Immeuble. Merci, à la vigilance de mon Conseiller Philippe Piou. Je le remercie pour son intégrité, sa détermination et son humilité. Il ne peut être que recommandé."

"Komt duidelijk zijn afspraken na"
"De heer Piou doet zijn werk duidelijk goed voorbereid en erg nauwgezet. Afspraak is afspraak en hij levert de juiste informatie tijdig aan. Soms is hij wel te vasthoudend en houdt hij onvoldoende rekening met het feit dat een huis kopen op afstand tijd en zorgvuldigheid vereist. Ondanks het feit dat wij hulp hadden met de Franse taal, zou enige tegemoetkoming van de makelaar hierin wel beter zijn geweest. Bijvoorbeeld door stukken te laten vertalen in het Engels, Nederlands. Maar al met al, zijn we blij dat de heer Piou omdat zijn nauwgezette afspraken voor ons ook prettig waren."
