La vente d'un ensemble de logements loués nécessite de nombreux contacts avec les locataires, et comporte selon les cas de nombreuses difficultés qu'il convient de résoudre. La qualité du contact humain est très importante, de même que la persévérance. En effet, certain locataires n'honorent pas les RDV qui sont à renouveler. M. Loras a fait preuve d'une patience et d'une persévérance indéfectible. Une vente en contexte difficile et complexe, bien menée dans la durée.
