M. Lorieau a d abord été celui à qui j ai acheté mon bien puis il a été celui en charge de vendre mon bien. Quand vous achetez, vous etes face à un agent qui négocie pour son client comme si c'était son propre bien, qui suit l evolution de votre acquisition et de vos démarches auprès de la banque. Quand vous vendez votre bien, vous pouvez vous attendre de sa part à une excellente connaissance du marché sur Orléans et des tendances en cours, à la mise en action de son réseau pour trouver des acheteurs, au déclenchement de diverses stratégies de vente en fonction de l état du marché, à l instauration d'une négociation qui respecte en tous points votre avis, fut-ce t il compliqué à appliquer, à l excellent suivi du dossier de vente que ce soit l acquisition du prêt par l acquéreur ou l établissement du dossier chez le notaire.
