Excellente prestation d'une professionnelle experte dans son domaine

L'ensemble de la prestation a été réalisé avec un très grand professionnalisme, que ce soit la visite de ma maison à vendre, durant laquelle elle a posé des questions très pertinentes, puis l'estimation de la valeur au juste prix en tenant compte du prix du marché et des travaux à réaliser, ce qui a abouti à la signature d'un compromis de vente dans des délais records (moins d'une semaine !). Sylvie Dufour a été présente et d'une grande aide dans toutes les étapes qui ont suivi. A la finale, entre le premier et le dernier rendez-vous chez le notaire, grâce à sa connaissance des rouages d'une vente, il s'est écoulé moins de 2 mois, alors que la période de Noël est venue interrompre toute démarche administrative !
