Ecoute, gentillesse et professionnalisme réunis chez Madame GOMEZ pour notre plus grande satisfaction lors de la vente de notre maison à Saint Palais sur Mer (Indivision FOUET). Nous ne pouvons que louer l'excellence du travail de notre conseillère dans l'accompagnement et le suivi des différentes transactions et contraintes administratives. Toujours disponible et efficace, ponctuelle dans les rappels téléphoniques et les visites, son travail a grandement facilité la vente et la mise en contact avec les nouveaux acquéreurs. Professionnelle et bienveillante

Madame Gomez a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme avec bienveillance et transparence. Dès la première visite, elle nous a mis à l'aise et permis de découvrir le bien sans être pressante. Nous avons rédigé ensemble la promesse d'achat puis la signature du compromis s'en est suivie très rapidement grâce aux actions de madame Gomez qui a assuré le lien avec les notaires. Madame Gomez nous a ensuite informés régulièrement des avancées des démarches, nous a même parfois contactés juste pour prendre des nouvelles, jusqu'au jour de la signature de l'acte de vente. Grâce à elle, tout s'est déroulé avec beaucoup de fluidité et de sérénité. Nous ne pouvons que la remercier et la recommander.
