Satisfaction après un démarrage difficile

La vente de l'appartement a duré, beaucoup trop duré! Ceci est passé par l'intervention successive de trois agents immobiliers (sans vraiment d'échange avec le second). Le diagnostic amiante de la cave avait été oublié par les prédécesseurs de M. Geldhof. (ceci a engendré une facturation supplémentaire qui aurait dû être faite en même temps que l'appartement). La grande réactivité de M.Gelhof (tant dans la recherche que la prise de RV d'un diagnostiqueur) a permis de rester dans le timing du dossier. Je l'en remercie vivement. J'ai également apprécié son accompagnement chez le notaire.
