Parfait!

Une belle réussite grâce à l'implication et aux recommandations de Mr Pueyo. Vente à distance compliquée avec un syndic quasi absent mais une ténacité de Mr Pueyo et une mise en relation avec un Notaire topissime. Même un problème de crédit pour l'acheteur qu'il a aussi réussi à dépatouiller avec ses contacts. Plein de ressource, ce qui facilite grandement tout le procédé d'une vente, qui plus est sur un dossier difficile.
