Après la vente de notre maison sous mandat d’une autre mandataire IAD qui de son côté a très bien fait son travail. Nous ne regrettons pas la vente de notre maison et notre acquéreur mais sa mandataire par son manque de considération de notre part en tant que vendeur en nous fait passer pour des gens malhonnêtes. Tout en sachant qu’un partage de commission dont elle a perçu a été reçu de NOTRE part, qui plus est, a fait preuve de ténacité pour avancer la date et percevoir cette dernière au plus vite sans penser à notre situation le cas échéant. Valérie a de plus brillé par son absence à la signature de l’acte authentique malgré une date fixée plus de 4 mois avant ainsi que par son « erreur de prix » sur la première proposition qui par chance a bien été relue
