Achat sans mauvaise surprise

La maison nous plaisait beaucoup mais il y avait des obstacles administratifs et autres qui nous rebutaient...Mme Villatel a tout géré . Des dégats sur la maison sont survenus suite à un orage , elle a négocié pour nous le prix pour tenir compte des frais supplémentaires
