Dès le premier contact, le « courant » est passé entre nous, mon frère et moi les vendeurs et Benjamin Salomez. Courtois, aimable, nous avons également tout de suite décelé son grand professionnalisme. Quand nous avons décidé de lui donner la préférence parmi les quatre agences immobilières venues faire l’estimation du pavillon, nous avons immédiatement constaté sa grande réactivité. Le jour de la signature du contrat entre nous, toutes les photos ont été prises immédiatement, le soir même tout était mis en ligne pour l’annonce. Le lendemain matin, les premières visites ! Aujourd’hui, nous venons de signer la vente avec l’acheteur de la première heure. Pendant tout le temps qui s’est écoulé entre l’estimation et la vente, Benjamin Salomez a été notre conseiller, nous a aidés dans nos diverses démarches, entre autres les nombreux diagnostics nécessaires pour la vente d’une maison ancienne.
