Une personne de bon conseil sur qui on peut compter

M. Gerault a bien évalué le challenge de vendre un bien atypique (un bel appartement de grande surface dans un immeuble de standing moyen) en mettant l'accent sur les bons côtés positifs et uniques du bien. Il m'a toujours expliqué sa stratégie de communication et de tri des acheteurs potentiels et surtout il surtout su rassurer à la fois le vendeur et les acheteurs quand il a fallu le faire. Je le recommande sans hésiter.
