Achat d’une maison avec Monsieur Carvalho

Nous avons visité et eu un coup de cœur pour l’une des maisons dans le portefeuille de Monsieur Carvalho. N’ayant pas un dossier facile (une autre maison à vendre en parallèle), Monsieur Carvalho a su défendre notre dossier auprès des propriétaires et négocier une vente longue, ce qui n’a pas dû être simple (propriétaires inquiets du potentiel non aboutissement de la vente). Cependant nous avons eu quelques surprises lors des premières semaines dans la maison comme une allée de garage non praticable pour la voiture et un garage ne pouvant accueillir un véhicule car trop bas … nous pensons que les propriétaires ont dû ne pas lui soumettre clairement cette information. De notre position d’acheteur, nous recommandons ses services.
