Sérieux en étudiant en profondeur les éléments d'ensemble et de détailsdu bien à vendre permettant ainsi de s'adapter à chaque client, d'écoute en prenant en compte les désirs des 2 parties pour mettre en valeur les points forts, en argumentant de façon simple sans minimiser les faiblesses éventuelles et disponible en étant toujours présent et ponctuel lorsque cela erait nécessaire.
