Suite à un divorce la vente de notre bien a été effectué en moins de 6 mois, délais que nous avons fixé, et au prix demandé. Au niveau administratif tout est clair et pris en charge par IAD. Lorsque la vente semblait ne pas aboutir, Monsieur Demarbaix n'a pas baissé les bras et à trouvé notre acheteur. Le passage chez le notaire qui nous a été recommandé par ses soins montre aussi la qualité de service et la force de l'étendue de son réseau. Merci à vous.
