Un vrai agent immobilier qui connaît son métier en prenant toujours le temps de s’adapter à chaque client ! Qui se soucie réellement de vendre le bien dans de bonnes conditions pour tout le monde. N’utilise pas les raccourcis qui l’arrange pour vendre plus vite et moins cher. Au contraire, sait temporiser quand il le faut. Detient plusieurs alternatives et stratégies en stock à proposer selon le contexte et le besoin du client. Il prend le temps d’écouter, et inspire confiance tout de suite. Je ne peux que recommander les yeux fermeés cet agent très communiquant, juste, très humain, volontaire, arrangeant, réactif et surtout très professionnel en toutes circonstances. Merci Éric !
