Efficacité et professionnalisme

Je suis entré en contact avec Erwan pour une première visite, la visite s'est bien passée, une personne agréable, qui mets en avant qualité / défaut du bien qu'il présente. Ensuite la phase de négociation s'est passé dans le respect et le calme, c'est appréciable ! La compromis s'est bien passé et le suivi du dossier aussi. Quelques surprises de dernières minutes avant la signature de l'acte définitif, il a réagit rapidement et cela a permit de maintenir la signature. L'ensemble s'est très bien passé. Le cadeau lors de la signature fait son effet. Je le remercie pour son temps, sa rapidité et sa disponibilité.
