Mr Boudard est très professionnel. Il connaît très bien son métier. À l’écoute et hyper disponible quant aux nombreux mails et sms envoyés , il a de suite été réactif. La vente s’est faite dans la bonne humeur. Je recommande vivement. En 3 semaines et après quelques visites, la vente était faite.

L’agent immobilier qu’on attend tous d’avoir !

Frank est un agent immobilier mais pas que ! Il va au delà de ce que nous pouvons voir sur le marché : disponible, à l’écoute, accompagnant et conseiller. Il nous a suivi et orienté dans la vente de notre bien et l’achat de notre bien. Après plusieurs mois/années à la recherche de notre maison familiale, Frank a su en quelques jours (oui en quelques jours) comprendre notre recherche, écouter nos souhaits et prendre en compte nos goûts. En seulement 2 propositions et une visite il a su déclencher le coup de cœur pour l’achat de notre maison. En parallèle, nous devions vendre notre appartement pour accéder à ce bien, et il a réussi ! Grâce a son réseau il a pu enclencher des pistes qui en une visite et une proposition d’achat à succomber à la vente de notre bien et cela en quelques Jours également. Alors oui, avec Frank les ventes en cascades sont encore possibles ! Parce qu’il n’a pas fait qu’une cascade mais bien 3 pour que l’on puisse arriver à l’achat de notre projet. Tout cela grâce à son investissement hors pair, son professionnalisme et son accompagnement ! Pour tout ça, MERCI ! Les notes parlent d’elles memes ! Vous pouvez lui faire confiance les yeux fermés.
