Trés grande satisfaction

Je recommande vivement Madame Frédérique Duraison de chez IAD pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et surtout son accompagnement du début à la fin. Grâce à elle, ma maison a été vendue en moins d’une semaine ! Mais au-delà de la vente, j’ai particulièrement apprécié son implication dans toutes les démarches qui ont suivi. Elle m’a énormément aidée concernant les documents du notaire, en prenant le temps de m’expliquer et de m’aider à comprendre des éléments qui n’étaient pas toujours très clairs pour moi. Elle a également su relancer et pousser les différents interlocuteurs lorsque cela était nécessaire, afin que les documents soient vérifiés et que le dossier puisse avancer dans de bonnes conditions.
