Gregory a été à l’écoute de mes attentes, il a su faire preuve de professionnalisme, d’empathie, de réactivité et surtout de disponibilité. Il a su être de bon conseil sur le prix de vente, il a su trouver les mots pour me faire comprendre que le prix que je demandais n’était pas forcément le bon si je souhaitais vendre « rapidement » (ne pas oublier qu’être agent immobilier est avant tout un métier!!! Faut leur faire confiance!!!) En résumé = VOUS POUVEZ LUI FAIRE CONFIANCE !

Très bonne qualité de service

Vivant à l'étranger (USA) et ne pouvant pas nous rendre sur place facilement, la vente de notre appartement nous semblait compliquée. Gregory LEBRUN a su d'emblée nous rassurer. Il s'est occupé de toutes les démarches administratives pour nous (diagnostic energétique, fournisseur de gaz et électricité, copropiété... ) et malgré le décalage horaire, il s'est rendu disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Je recommande sans hésitation les services de Mr LEBRUN.

sans surprise, tout s'est bien passé

La vente s'est faite très rapidement. Le moment s'y prêtait sûrement. Grégory nous a mis en relation avec le diagnostiqueur et a même assuré la présence lors de la réalisation du diagnostic. Comme nous n'étions pas là cela a été très confortable et nous a permis de ne pas perdre de temps. Comme il n'y a eu que 2 visites, on va dire que la vente n'a pas posé de pb. Quant au suivi avec le notaire, ce dernier était directement en relation avec nous. Il n'y avait pas de pb particulier puisque nous avions pour ainsi dire tous les documents demandés. Ce qui fait que le rôle de l'agent immobilier a été allégé.
