Que dire des prestations proposées à part Jean Baptiste Levis et de son sens l’accompagnement client . Nous lui avons confié la vente d’un bien à Lans-en-Vercors. Il a su s’adapter aux contraintes aux aléas pendant toute la prestation du premier jour à la signature. Finale, il est allé bien au-delà de la prestation en proposant des solution à chaque étape. Son empathie sont sans l’écoute son professionnalisme et sa connaissance du secteur en fond, un agent immobilier hors pair. Je vous recommande vivement ces services sur le bassin dauphinois.

Sobre et efficace

La maison que nous avons acquise récemment l’a été à l’issue d’une transaction complexe (bien en lots en copropriété récente, vente en cascade, location préalable à l’achat définitif, suspension par l’acheteur suite aléa,…) où Jean-Baptiste Lévis a su être un véritable soutien pour nous (tout comme pour les venderesses, je crois :0) Sobre en parole mais très à l’écoute, sachant répondre à une question par un « je ne sais pas, je vais me renseigner » et transmettant les éléments factuels de réponse plutôt rapidement, il a su faire la navette entre besoins des acheteurs et venderesses et parvenir à une convergence satisfaisant chacun.e.
