au delà des prestations basiques fournies par n'importe quel professionnel de l'immobilier, Julien traverse avec vous le parcours du combattant et ne baisse pas les armes devant les galères que l'on peux rencontrer, la vente de mon bien s'annonçait calme jusqu'à l'intervention du diagnostic tout à l'égout (géré par Suez) et qui se spécialise dans l'attente, la non gestion de vos dossiers, dans l'escroquerie d'un marché récupéré et imposé, complètement ahurissant........de quoi faire fuir vos futurs acquéreurs, même votre professionnel de l'immobilier..... et la Julien a gérer les rdv (diagnostics, réclamations, relances), a solutionner tous les problèmes en arrangeant les parties preneuses et vendeuses, nous a fait éviter des mois de délais d'attente devant des rapport que l'on ne recevait jamais........... un grand merci ! je recommande très fortement, n'hésitez pas, Julien mouillera sa chemise pour vous
