Dès le premier contact, et la visite de l'appartement ( avec des questions judicieuses) on sentait que Mr Bignot s'impliquait et avait la volonté de faire aboutir cette vente. Tout au long de ses " démarches" au près d'éventuels acquéreurs nous étions informés. Le bien était mis en valeur mais sans exagération, c'est un élément qui a mis également l'acheteur en confiance. L'appartement a été vendu en un mois. Mr Bignot s'est occupé de toutes les formalités et quand on est assez éloigné c'est très appréciable. Je ne peux que faire des recommandations.
