I went through many different agent’s, some were putting in the time and tried for me, the majority did absolutely nothing, just waited for the buyer to come to them. The compromis was signed a month and half later, and the final sale of my apartment was signed and finalized end of October. Through all of this Laurent was there, helping and advising me. He even helped the buyer with the paperwork and what was needed for him to attain a loan. None of this would have happened without Laurent! He is patient and kind and truly cares about his clients as people. Laurent loves his job and is exceptionally content when it all works out for everyone involved. Laurent a su nous accompagner de la meilleure des manières pour la vente de notre bien. Sa prise en main a été adaptée et pertinente du début à la fin et particulièrement efficace malgré la distance. Laurent a pris en charge toutes les nombreuses démarches liées à cette vente : diagnostics obligatoires, urbanisme, Notaire … Tout a été fait pour nous délester de cette partie fastidieuse.
