Nous avons eu une très bonne expérience avec M. Vicente dans le cadre de l'achat de notre bien à Montrouge. Il a fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme, d’une disponibilité remarquable et d’un suivi rigoureux tout au long du processus. Son expertise locale et sa transparence nous ont immédiatement mis en confiance. Il a su nous accompagner avec sérieux et bienveillance, en répondant toujours rapidement à nos questions et en facilitant la relation entre les différentes parties. Seul petit bémol, la marge de manœuvre en phase de négociation aurait pu être un peu plus flexible ou stratégique. Mais cela n’enlève rien à la qualité globale de son accompagnement.
