Une vente les yeux fermés

Etant souvent loin du logement, Sylvaine a tout gérée pour la vente de mon appartement. L’agencement du bien pour des photos plus sympa. La réalisation de vidéos du logement. Certains rendez vous avec les diagnostics. La récupération des infos auprès du syndic. Ajouter à cela une véritable analyse du marché alentour pour réaliser l’estimation. Des retours fréquents sur les prochaines actions de mise en avant, sur les visites. Mon bien a été vendu en moins d’un mois en période de vacances d’été et malgré l’incertitude lié à la dissolution du gouvernement. Un grand merci pour un service ++
