Le meilleur du réseau iad !

Un ami nous a conseillé Thomas pour la vente de notre appartement. Il a fait un travail remarquable : l annonce était parfaite, les visites bien organisées, les négociations, les rendez-vous chez le notaire. Nous n avons absolument rien fait et lui avons fait confiance à 100 %. A raison, car hier nous avons signé la vente, au bon prix, à une acheteuse à la hauteur de notre appartement, dans un délais très rapide. Thomas est très pro, gentil, disponible, il adore faire des audios pour ses compte-rendus d avancement du dossier. Il est même capable d arrêter un audios pour envoyer une photo de fraise drôlement rigolote ! Un phénomène ! On l a connu en avril et maintenant on l appelle Toto, c est pour dire ! Alors foncez si vous voulez déléguer un vente à une personne compétente ! 😉
