Qualité de service

J'ai été globalement satisfaite du professionnalisme et de la gentillesse de Valérie Le Brun. Toutefois j'ai constaté que sa disponibilité était parfois limitée en raison de ses engagements de formation. Par ailleurs j'ai eu l'impression que la maison familiale a été vendue en dessous de sa valeur marchande malgré le contexte social.

Un dossier bancal mais une prestation incroyable !

Dès le début, Valérie a été très professionnelle notamment dans la visite de la maison, en décrivant les avantages et les inconvénients de celle-ci. Elle a su nous donner le maximum d'informations pour un premier bien ( courtier, démarches administratives, etc..). Elle a toujours été disponible pour les visites, et les rendez vous. Valérie s'investie énormement dans son travail et sa relation avec les vendeurs; ce qui peut provoquer une légère inégalité entre l'attention donnée aux vendeurs par rapport aux acheteurs ( dans notre cas, le dossier était très compliqué car celui-ci était une succession) Malgré cela, nous recommandons Valérie pour son travail. Elle saura vous aider à vendre ou acheter un bien. Merci encore,
