J'ai d'abord rencontré Valérie Latanne pour une visite d'un bien qu'elle avait à vendre. Fonctionnant à l'instinct, j'ai immédiatement senti que j'avais à faire à la bonne personne. Nous avons échangé librement, sans faux semblant, avec une totale transparence. J'ai acheté le bien avec son aide et ses bons conseils, et je lui ai donc proposé de s'occuper de vendre mon bien. Et là, si je puis dire, elle a pris son envol!! Elle m'a géré cette affaire de main de maitre, me prodiguant une fois de plus les meilleurs conseils, se rendant disponible immédiatement, jusqu'à la signature! Franchement, sans elle je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir mené à son terme mes démarches immobilières!! Je ne la remercierai jamais assez! Mr VIGUIÉ
