Nous avons rencontré Mr Bidaux au hasard d'une visite qui fut la bonne, il nous a accompagnés tout le long de la réflexion et des démarches jusqu'à la signature effective malgré certaines embûches qui auraient pu nous amener à rogner ce bien et nous sommes très reconnaissant de son écoute, sa réelle aide et de sa disponibilité peu importe la sujet.
