Parfait du début à la fin !

J’ai fait appel à Zoé pour la vente de mon appartement. De l’estimation du bien jusqu’à la signature chez le notaire, elle nous a accompagné avec le même professionnalisme et toujours avec douceur ! Zoé nous a très bien conseillé sur le prix de vente, résultat en 15 jours nous avions une offre au prix. Elle s’est chargé des photos et de rédiger l’annonce pour le mettre en valeur. Ensuite elle s’est occupée de récupérer tous les papiers pour constituer le dossier et des échanges avec le syndic et le notaire. Bref son implication et sa rigueur nous ont libéré du temps et du stress ! Elle a surtout réussi à mettre très à l’aise les jeunes acquéreurs pour faciliter l’aboutissement de cette vente et ça c’est un succès ! Je la recommande chaleureusement et n’hésiterai pas à faire de nouveau appel à ses services.
