Excellente prestation d'Audrey Pernet

Audrey est très à l'écoute . Elle s'imprègne du bien à vendre, montre de l'enthousiasme. Pose des questions pour bien connaître le bien. Elle fait de belles photos sous de beaux angles. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la rédaction de l'annonce très séduisante avec en plus de la description les atouts de la maison. Peu de visites mais bien ciblées avec d'éventuels acquéreurs bien préparés. Financement bien étudié. Concilie les intérêts des 2 parties Rapidité des interventions. Bref en 3 semaines nous venons de signer une promesse de vente pour une maison située à Toulon. Merci à Audrey
