Un grand merci pour avoir su gérer ce dossier compliqué et plein d'affect. Toujours disponible et réactive, Madame Marin a su comprendre les enjeux de cette vente difficile tant sur le plan technique qu'affectif. Elle pris le temps d'écouter nos craintes et de rassurer l ensemble des vendeurs quant à cette transaction. Nous vendons à contrecœur cette maison familiale, mais en ayant le sentiment que tout a été fait par Madame Marin afin que le dossier soit le plus sécurisé possible. Très réactive et impliquée, Madame Marin a géré l ensemble des aspects techniques et a pris contact avec tous les intervenants nécessaires de manière très rapide, en nous tenant au courant de chaque étape.
