Une conseillère parfaite du début à la fin

Louise a su parfaitement nous accompagner dans la vente de la maison de nos parents. Nous habitons mes frères et moi, très loin de la Marne et Louise s'est avérée être le relais parfait pour cette vente, et ce dès les démarches administratives comme l'accompagnement des sociétés de diagnostics. Elle nous a guidée dans les éléments à mettre aux gouts du jour dans cette maison qui avait une trentaine d'années. et nous mettre en relation avec des artisans sérieux qui ont réalisés les travaux de remise à neuf. Enfin dès le compromis de vente signé, elle a continué à être proactive dans les relations avec les notaires, le transfert des contrats multiples (eau, électricité, ramassage des ordures ménagères, ...). Malgré l'éloignement nous avons été tenu informés à toutes les étapes de cette vente. Nous lui souhaitons une pleine réussite professionnelle .
