A 62 ans, après de nombreuses transactions immobilières réalisées pour mon compte , à la demande de mon frère Michel je l ai accompagné dans la vente d’un bien familial (Appartement) que nous avons confié à Mr Jerome Moreira … Que dire sincérement ? Cet agent immobilier mérite vraiment la note maximale pour sa gestion de cette affaire. En effet depuis le premier contact , la mise en ligne, le suivi des diagnostics et l accompagnement chez le notaire tout a été réalisé dans la transparence sans oubli ni erreur et Mr Moreira a toujours répondu avec sérieux a toute interrogation soit par appel directement ou mail ou message vocal. En tant que vendeur il a su trouver un acquéreur (moins d'un an ) et négocier dans les intérêts réciproques pour que le mandat confié aboutisse a une vente équitable . Il a pris l'initiative de partager une coupe champagne avec l acheteur, le vendeur et le notaire.
